Nowhere To Move: Incredible Footage Of 3 Cows Stranded On Island Of Grass After New Zealand Earthquake
A trio of New Zealand cows were left stranded on a little island of grass after a earthquake activated landslides surrounding them. The patch of grass was encompassed by profound gorges of collapsed earth, trapping the animals where they stood. It was not clear who claimed the steers or what was being done to help them.
Video taken by Newshub news service from a helicopter close to the residential area of Kaikoura shows two grown-up steers and a calf stuck on a piece of land in an enclosure that had been tore separated in Monday’s size 7.8 tremor.
The earthquake was firmly felt toward the south in Christchurch yet was far less harming than a littler 2011 seismic tremor that crushed the city and slaughtered 185 individuals.
